Thank you readers With Christmas fast approaching, it often seems we foil to recognize those individuals who have made our lives a little easier, or who have supported us throughout the year. With this, the fifth issue of "Nuance" Magazine, we would . like to express our appreciation to our readers and advertisers. For many months "Nuance" was only a dream at the Uintah Basin Standard. However, in August that dream became a reality. The publication has required some extra work, but the ultimate product has been worthany inconveniences. We would like to encourage readers to submit, to the Uintah Basin Standard office in Roosevelt, any suggestions for stories or comments about past issues. Our goal is to provide articles of interest to all readers in the Uintah Basin. It is often difficult to remain aware of the myriad of activities, or interesting people in the area, so we need your input. With the help of our readers, we can bring more of these stories to our readers. A number of Basin residents have led interesting lives, and continue to perform jobs or hobbies which would make for very interesting reading. We look forward to a new year with our "Nuance" readers, and we are excited about the possibilities open to the Uintah Basin.
