Thacker announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Valine, to Tim J. son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry G. Carroll, Altonah. The couple will be married June 5 in the Altamont First Ward Chapel. A reception will be held that evening from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. All friends and relatives are invited to attend. Wednesday. The Austins have been responsible for developing the most active programs in the state. Joe has for providing been responsible numerous programs which have upgraded agriculture in the area.
