Dinner theatre opens Aug. 10 in Roosevelt Relatively Speaking," a play by Alan Ayckbourn, is being produced in association with the Roosevelt Arts Council and the U.S.U. Extension Office as this year's Dinner Theatre according to Russ Martin, director of the performance. The "It's Too Hot To Cook Summer Salad Dinner Theatre" will feature a huge salad bar in addition to the comedy performance of the two-ac- t which opens August 10 in the Vocational Center Lobby. Dinner will be served at 8 p.m., and curtain time will be approximately 8:45 p.m. Additional dinner performances will be held on Aug. 11, 17 and 18. Performers were all cast locally with Betty Griffin as Sheila, Kit Anderton as Philip, Richard Bailey as Gregory and Cathy Houston as Jinny. Admission is $7 per couple or $4 per person. Children under 12 will be admitted for half price. Martin asked that tickets be reserved in advance to allow for adequate preparation of the dinner, but tickets can be purchased at the door the night of the performance. The camps, open to youth ages 14 to 18, will be held Aug. 6 10 and Aug. 13 -- 17. Participants will receive instruction according to individual ability and will have the opportunity to associate with highly skilled performers and coaches. The Barnes brought her home, returning to Centerville the next day.
