parrot saves mans life attracted by cries of murder help come quick neighbors of george B andrews of washington N J ran to his house to find out the ca ise they knew the cries were made by his parrot but they had never heard it scream so loud before an drews lay on the floor unconscious bleeding from a great gash in his neck he had been repairing the ceil ing and had fallen from a stepladder step ladder striking a stove A physician took six x stitches cheb in the wound and said that in only a few minutes andrews would have been dead
