There are families who never set their garbage out, we have to go into their yards, this I'm going to discontinue unless other arrangements are made with such said families (because Ive had people chase me out to the dump and accuse me of taking things and here such as bikes were laying on top of said garbage pile.) There are so many types of cans being used, that we have to dig or pull the mess out ut materials for collection scavenger unless said garbage, refuse, trash, scraps or other materials are placed in a covered metal container or covered hard plastic container.
