Mr. Hintze describes himself as a strict constructionist and a true Republican". However, he believes that file County Attorneys job is nonpartisan. Mr. Hintze is a firm supporter of the Unified Court System Proposal. Mr. Hintze is a member of the American Association and Bar the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is married, has five children, and lives in Summit Park.
