Business building marks decline The value of construction in Salt Lake City non-residenti- al reached S2.59 million in March, down significantly from the exceptionally high level of $16.8 million recorded for February, but up from the $1.3 million level in January. Although the February total included the $10.4 million Performing Arts Center, it also included $5 million in additions, alterations and repairs. The March building permit figures show a value of $854,229 recorded for offices and $419,000 for shops and warehouses. They show almost $1.2 million in additions, alterations and repairs.
