Show THURSDAY, APRIL 'Minor1 Flooding Damage Reported Sunday to attend the welcome home of Isabelles grandson, Charles Rich, who has just completed a two-yemission for the church in the California Arcadia Spanish Mission. Of interest to the people of the ward is the birth of a new grandson of Colene and Bill Lindley, born in Ogden on Wednesday, Marach 31 to their daughter Christie and her husband. Cardon ar In Richmond Mayor Richard Bagley and Councilman Merrill Murray reported they had contacted developers who are building in that area and said they had been assured necessary repairs and adjustments would be made to correct the flooding. The problem was cme of drainge, they said. The council agreed that the area needed a more adequate storm drain and approved the installation of a newline.
