The Fords make their home at Westfield, New. Kaysville; Geraldine and Jersey. After completing their visit in Utah, they went m to California to see a son. Mrs. Leota McKnight and Mrs. Verda Nau, of Nampa, Idaho; Mrs. Marlene Curtis, oTBoise; Mrs. Ruth Layne and her daughters, Beverly and Dee Anne, Bountiful, have been visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Oral Layne. Mr. and Mrs. McKay Mar-le- r and Mr. and Mrs. Oral Layne drove to Sandy, Utah, Friday, where they attended a wedding reception for their niece, De Vi Marler, and her husband, Royce Smith. The couple had been married that morning in the Salt Lake Temple. Lewistons population increased last week with the birth of a baby boy, May 29, to Dean and Linda Hewad and the birth of a girl, May 28, to Clair and Sherry King. The Rewards have a daughter, eight year old Deana, but the Kings are first time parents. Also Evan and Trudy Fullmer became parents of a girl on May 27. They have me other girl and two sons. Mrs. Ruth Layne and her daughters, Beverly and Dee Anne, of Bountiful, were overnight guests of Velma Rawlins on Memorial Day. Mr. and Mrs. Rex Rawlins and children of Clearfield; Mr. and Mrs. LaVere Rawlins and their family, Ogden; Vera Rawlins, City; . Brigham JLene Rawlins, (Lo- gan; Dale and Ann Swenson, Salt Lake City, and DeVerl and Nola Holladay and their children, Mark, Janeene and Jana, were other holiday guests of Mrs. Rawlins. Catherine Nalder and Karla Rawlings conducted a half-da- y Red Cross class for about 30 women in the Lewiston Second Ward, Saturday. The class members practiced the various techniques which were demonstrated, including resuscitation and bed making with a "patient" ' occupying the bed. Linda and Jay Flygare vacaenjoyed a week-lon- g tion in Southern Utah beginning May 24. Russell and Barbara Petersen enjoyed a trip which took them to Bakersfield, Calif., to see their daughter, Jill, and her husband, Ron Bliesner, and to Las Vegas for a visit with another daughter, Kathy, and her husband, Huston Robinson.
