Smithfield Zula and Nephi Chase and son, Gordon, and Miss Vicki Elwood attended the graduation exercises of Milford Chase from the University of Oregon Dental 'School in Portland last Saturday. Lucille Chase has been at Washington, D. C., where she represented Utah for Giris and Womens Sports Planning. While there she visited her sister and brother-in-law, Ida and Jay Jor- gensen and sons, Chris, Bruce and Scott, in Va. Stella, Milford and Laurie Jo Chase spent Father's Day with his parents in Smith-fielAnnan-dal- e, d. Dr. Chase and family will be moving to Lockbourne AFB, Ohio, in a week where he will serve as captain in the dental corps. Upturn From Trip Mrs. Gwen Bowman of Smithfield has just returned tour-tri- p from a four-da- y to Reno. Lake Tahoe and Elko, Nev. She also visited Virginia City. Nev., and Ponderosa Ranch of Bonanza TV fame. Some 35 went from Cache Valley. They enjoyed landing in Honolulu. Oahu and visiting Maui Island and Hilo on the island of Hawaii. She saw the Polynesian Culture Center and LDS Temple. Pearl Harbor, visited several shopping centers plus many more. She says a week isn't long enough to enjoy everything and that Mr. Welti, his wife and daughters were very nice and Bob was a good host. She plans on returning sometime and taking her husband. Preston, with her. Miss Beth Roskelley stayed with her aunt, Lena Christensen, in Downey, Idaho. for a week. She reported having a nice time. Visit Daughter Ruby and Glenn Thornley flew to Texas to visit their daughter Ilene and Sgt. Lee Barney of Fort Hood of the Army, and their children. Alyson and Jana.
