At the present time they have six making units in the milking parlor, and they plan to add 12 more this year so that they wiil be able to milk IB head at a time. It takes seven hours to milk, and they start at 2 a.m. and again at 2 pjm. The operation presently employs six persons, some of them kids. Complete production records are kept on each cow. In the near future, the family plans to start processing their milk for distribution to the retail market. They plan to distribute it under the Mr. Milkman label and it will be sold from Cache Valley on the north to Provo on the south. It wiU be sold in half gallons. When they get the time, the family plans to dress up the operation. They plan to paint the front stalls that are along the highway, put a white fence artoumd it and have pasture for a few horses to graze in for show.
