During the six month 1995 period from October through March 1996, 13.65 percent of the electricity used by Kaysville came from hydroelectric power marketed by Western Area Power Administration ("WAPA"). This power was purchased at a wholesale cost of 2.25 cents per kilowatt hour (kWh). The other power supplies costs for this time frame averaged 3.81 cents per kWh. Power Supply costs represents 56.92 percent of the customer's electric bill. The balance covers Kaysville's internal costs. WOOD Zoning Administrator NOTICE The Handcart Days Parade, featuring over 100 floats, marching units, bands and celebrities, will begin at 6:30 p.m. on July 23, at Five Point Mall, going north on Main Street to 400 North. There it will turn west, traveling to 100 West. Following the Handcart Days Parade, there will be a square dance at the Bountiful Post Office parking lot at Center and Main Streets. July 24 The fifth annual Pioneer Days Chuckwagon Breakfast will again be provided at the Bountiful City Park pavilion at 150 W. 600 North, Bountiful. Proceeds will be used to help fund child abuse prevention programs. The breakfast will include: eggs, sausage, pancakes and beverages and will be served beginning at 7 a.m. on July 24. Cost is $2.50 per person.
