The Utah Foundation is a pri- vate, nonprofit public service agency established to study and encourage the study of state and local government in Utah and the relation of taxes and public expenditures to the Utah economy. Over 1000 Utah companies are subscribing members of the Utah Foundation. The foundation is supported entirely by private donations from businesses and individual donors The anniversary breakfast on .
