The Utah Department of Transportation, in accordance with the provision of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252) and the regulations of the Department of Commerce (15 C.F.R., Part 8), issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that the contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
