Ada Williams will operate The Basket House at 1493 Marilyn Drive in Layton. Mrs. Williams said five years ago health conditions caused her to begin thinking about opening a shop in her home, but she decided not to do so at the time. Business Incorporations Decline New business incorporations in Utah declined last year as com- pared with 1 983, figures compiled by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) showed.
