Once down the slide, the boys are eager to try it again, thus making the slide for life the favorite activity of the day camp. Summer camp is a place to have fun, says Dan Lynch, camp director. six-ho- ur It is also a place to learn some new skills and to work on Cub Scouting achievements." Camp Kiesel is just one of the many summer camps available for Davis County youngsters. 4H clubs have a three day camp as do many of the local churches. Many of the day camps are over or booked up for the summer.
