Two cub scouts from Den 2, pack 433 have completed the requirements for the Arrow of Light award under the direction of Pack leader Jan Ukena. The two 4484 1900 W., Roy, UT. 84067 S. Telephone 731-70- 00 boys are Jason Wolfe, son of Doug and Macie Wolfe, 1936 E. 7700 S. and Tim Petty, son of Bill and Sally Petty, 7898 S. 2800 E. Jason, 10, collects G.I. Joe figures and is a student at South Weber Elementary. Tim is 10 years old and is a member of the newly formed Clogging Classics, a group of kids from South Weber who are associated with the Wasatch Academy of Arts. He also loves soccer, gardening and fishing. Other recipients of the Arrow of Light are: Neil Talbot, son of Millard LANE C. NEIL TALBOT son of Charles and Lana Thompson, Lane C. Thompson, 1683 N. 400 W., Sunset. He is a and Susan Talbot. Hes a fifth grader at East Layton Elementary and a member of Pack 86. Zachary A Taylor, 10, son of Rae Lynne Taylor, 2587 N. 770 W., Clinton and Merv Taylor of Roy. He is a student at Fremont Elementary and plays the piano and enjoys soccer. Nathan Daich, son of Greg and Tami Daich, 2489 N. 300 W., Sunset. He is also a student at Fremont Elementary and is a member of Pack 479. member of Pack 165 and is active in baseball and swimming. Shane Stewart, son of Mr. and Mrs. DeVaux Stewart, Layton. He has had many leadership positions in his pack and earned two gold and 12 silver arrows. He is a member of Pack 313. The Webelos Den of Cub Scout Pack 410 received several awards for their work in May. Joey Thorsen earned the athlete skill award and David Andrus was presented with the THOMPSON scholar award. Mason Humphries received two skill awards, the scientist and traveler. Kevin Thomson earned engineer, artist, scholar, and traveler skill awards as well as a three-yepin, and his Arrow of Light. Jack Madsen, David Smith, and Kevin Thomson were advanced to Scouts. Cub Pack 388 of the Clinton 8th LDS Ward made presentations during pack meeting. Phillip Gertge was advanced to the rank of Wolf while Jason Lopez was awarded his Bobcat.
