She recently moved to Davis County from Arizona where she was very involved with the Arizona Jaycee' Women, both on the local and state levels. She served as chapter president for the Mesa, Ariz. 'Jaycee women. Mrs. Novotny and her husband Dewey, a captain in the Air Force, have two daughters and live in Layton. Jaycee Groups Elect New Officers KAYSVILLE The Kaysville Jaycees and Jaycee women have recently elected officers for the 1984-8- 5 year. President Steve Humphrey is a graduate of the University of Utah and is employed by Utah Power and Light. He joined the Jaycees in April of 1983. I want to do what I can to help my community, said Humphrey, We are a unique group because we are so community oriented. Some of Humphreys goals for this year are to increase the chapter membership, organize community projects not normally run by the club, to help each Jaycee by creating challenging and meaningful opportunities for growth. Humphrey and his wife Lee are the parents of two children and live in Kaysville. Tom Kolmel is internal vice president. He has been a member since moving to Utah from New York state one year ago. He is a graduate of Monmouth College, N.J., and is employed at Sperry Defense Division, Salt Lake City. Kolmel, his wife Pat and two children live in Layton. External Vice president Brady Koroulis is in his third year with the Jaycees. He and his wife Marilyn reside in Kaysville with their two children. Doug Chesley fills the positions of director and secretary on the new Jaycee board. He is York is external vice president. Mrs. Diehl is a graduate of Brigham Young University and has taught school for 12 years in both the Salt Lake and Davis School Districts. The treasurer of the Kaysville Jaycee Women for the 1984-85- " year is Erlene Young.
