County Library Board's offer to provide bookmobile stops in the city but has asked the board to leave the option open for future consideration. County library director Jeanne Layton told the board Kaysville declined the offer for bookmo- - bile service but would like to be considered next year. The board has raised the cost of bookmobile service to Layton City and decided Kaysville was entitled to a few bookmobile stops based on a state tax subsidy each resident pays. Housing Construction Boom Hoped in Roy ROY It sounded like another routine .request for a public hearing, but Roy City officials hope it signals the beginning of a building boom on the citys western border.
