Her veil of bridal illusion was caught into a headpiece trimmed with lace and pearls and she carried a bridal bouquet of yellow roses centered with a white orchid. Mrs. Craig Larsen of Salt Lake City stood as matron of honor and Mrs. Mack Royle of San Francisco, Calif., was bridesmaid. They wore full length gowns of white brocade and carried yellow roses and white ll, mums. Junior bridesmaids were Jan Jodi Ingersoll and Julie IngersolL For the occasion both Mrs. Oborn and Mrs. Brown chose yellow dresses comorplimented with corsages ofcymbidium chids. The bridegroom asked his brothers, H. Kent Oborn and Gordon N. Oborn, to share best man honors. Ushers were Robert West of Cardston, Alberta, Canada, and Robert Fitch of San Diego, Calif. Spread on sandwich. MINCEMEAT-OATMEA- DROPCOOKIES L 34 cup shortening 1 12 cup sugar legg 14 cup water 2 cup mincemeat tsp. vanilla 1 cup flour 1 tsp. salt 12 tsp. soda 3 cups rolled oats, uncooked. In mixing bowl, cream together (about 5 minutes) shortening, sugar, egg, water, mincemeat, and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Add to shortening mixture, mixing well. Blend in oats and drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets. Bake in moderate oven (325 degrees) io to 12 minutes.
