Show Page Q Gunnison Valley News Wednesday November 5 997 £ - November The next ACT test 1997 is December 13 1997 Registration is C due 10 Day" is Tuesday November 11 and there will be an assembly at the Gunnison High School at 10:10 am During this program there will be a drawing for many items made by the American Legion Auxiliary We encourage the community to support the American Legion Auxiliary because the proceeds fund college scholarships and Girls State for our students This summer The Canyons (formerly Park West and most recently Wolf Mountain)was purchased by the American Skiing Company the largest ski and snowboard area operator in North America Besides the major expansion lodge they program including lifts additional terrain and new have some exciting programs that they would like to share with us for the development and benefit of our students The first and most exciting program is the Honor Roll Student Pass Beginning this season any Utah students ( Middle Junior and High School) who achieve honor roll status for the most current marking term will receive a full season pass to the Canyon FREE!
