ce'ebrated their seventieth wedding anniversary in 1997 They were sealed in the Los Angeles LDS Temple on Valentines Day in 1991 Ethel and Lynn lived in Delta from 1935 to 1940 where they operated Lynn's Cafe They lived the majority of their life in Southern California Ethel retired at age 69 from TRW a company in the aerospace industry After she retired she was devoted to the love and care of contain control and eradicate noxious weeds on the F rest In addition noxious weed goals and objectives in the current Forest Land and Resource Management Plan (Forest Plan) are not effective in implementing comprehensive standards and guidelines such as weed prevention mitigation practices Therefore concurrent with preparation of this EA the Fishlake National Forest is proposing to amend the Forest Plan to provide direction implementing the latest national noxious weed policies for noxious weed and invasive plant prevention and treatment Specifically it is proposed to revise replace or add noxious weed goals objectives management direction standards and guidelines and so that noxious weeds can be controlled to achieve and maintain biological diversity and ecosystem health goals The
