am Mark J Greenwood 29 of Delta Ut was arrested at the River Bridge Apartments in Delta by Deputy Morris Burton Deputy Burton was dispatched to the River Bridge Apartments after dispatch received a 91 stating Greenwood had entered his apartment and was threatening her with a handgun It was reported that there were three children in the bouse the time of the assault Deputy Burton and Deputy Roger Young arrived to the apartment and arrested Greenwood for Aggravated Assault (domestic lolence) Aggravated Burglary of a dwelling Aggravated Kidnapping and Domestic Violence in the presence of children Apparently he held the female hours before the deputies arrived Greenwood was against her will for at least charged into the 4 District Court of Millard County where bail was set in the arrested by Deputies Rhett Kimball and Bill Jackson for Supplying Alcohol to a Minor An investigation by Deputy Kimball and Jackson revealed Stephenson to be the person who bought the “Budweiser" beer March 3 pending his next court appearance 710 AM Wesley Kay Gilmore 30 of Delta Ut was arrested by Deputy Brett Nielson for 3 Degree Felony Aggravated Assault Deputy Alan Purvis received information regarding the Aggravated Assault on T uesday March 29 Deputies Nielson and Cameron Lcbbon all helped with the investigation whereGilmore allegedly used a flashlight to break the driver's side window of a moving vehicle and then used the same flashlight to stnke the driver Gilmore was charged into the 4 District Court of Millard and Gilmore was County where bail was set at $200000 Bail was posted Blake Mecham 45 of Genola UT was Transported by Deputy Steve O'Camb from the Utah County Jail in Spanish Fork Utah Mecham was arrested in Utah County for an Arrest Warrant sued from the 4 District Court of Millard County Mecham was Degree Felony Forcible Sodomy charged in the warrant with Degree Felony Forcible Sexual Abuse and Class B Misdemeanor Unlawful Detention These charges stem from an incident investigated by Sgt Scott Cony in which Mecham sexually assaulted a Fillmore man The information regarding the sexual assault was gathered by Sgt Corry and given to the Deputy Millard County Attorneys Office where the information was filed and the warrant was issued Mecham was booked into the Millard County Jail on a $500000 Donald Blake Cash Only bail Mecham posted the $500000 and was released Mecham pending his next court appearance 7:45 PM Michael Bartholomew Wrenn 31 of Tempe Arizona was arrested by 181 into Millers Wrenn drove Northbound Bill Jackson at on milepost Deputy 5 Interchange in Fillmore and ed for Amoco gas station located on the North $500 worth of fuel Wrenn then pumped $1466 worth of fuel into his grey 1996 Honda Civic and left the Amoco station without paying for the remaining amount of fuel 5 near Scipio and arrested Deputy Jackson located Wrenn driving the Honda Civic on Wrenn for the Theft of Fuel It was also determined Wrenn was driving on a at 11:15AM Ramon Meraz Dominquez 25 from Phoenix AZ was arrested on milepost 159 by Trooper Mike Thomas Trooper Thomas stopped Dominquez driving a maroon 1992 Nissan Pickup because of dark window tint A check of Dominquez's drivers license showed the license to be suspended out of the state of Arizona Dominquez was also not wearing his seatbelt when approached by Trooper Thomas Dominquez was excess of 50 mph in the 25 mph zone Carter followed the blue and white Yamaha Banshee into the fields west of the Fillmore Elementary School Carter activated his red and blue lights in an effort to stop the four wheeler On two separate occasions the subject looked back to see if the deputy was still chasing him as they drove through the plowed fields near the bus garage The subject then raced south and the deputies followed him as he exited the fields at the dirt access near the restaurant The driver then accelerated onto Main Street and then out to the sand pits southeast of the Sheriffs
