Fillmore Utah 84631 by August 31 1992 Winners will have their names engraved upon an official MHS Academic Hall of Fame plaque They will also have articles written about them to be published in the Millard County Chronicle Progress A biography will appear ih a scrap book that will be compiled of all those selected for the Hall of Fame Guidelines 1991 To become an eligible nominee a person must: a Be nominated and b Be a former student of Millard High School 2 All nominees will be sent applications and voted upon 3 There is no set number to be accepted to the HALL OF FAME each year Only those that are found eligible to be accepted to the HALL OF FAME will be admitted 4 A committee of six judged will be selected to judge all applications for the HALL OF FAME 5 One judge will be a current senior at MHS This judge will serve only one year on the HALL OF FAME committee and community person not a teacher 6 The other five judges will serve three to five year terms These judges will choose a chairperson Suggestions for choosing judges are as follows: a former Millard teacher an elected official a community leader or a former member of the HALL OF FAME etc Judges terms will be chosen at random the first year 7 After a judges term has expired the committee will choose one judge to replace himher The following year another judge will be replaced and the next year the remaining judges will be replaced by new judges This will allow an for a rotation process therefore experiences judge will always serve on the committee This rule applies to all senior The senior the judges excluding students The Millard School District Board of Education required that all students entering school for the first time must show evidence of a physical examination prior to admittance to district
