will be used to calculate payments to producers who filed claims for crop production losses under provisions of the Disaster Program Bjerke said qualifying producers’ payments were calculated by determining the eligible amount of production loss and multiplying it by the applicable rate Because total payments are limited by the S995 million allocated by Congress it was necessary to factor
