Currently eight college presidents in Utah are for the semester system and one president is against the change. "My personal opinion is for it," Hall said. "Because credits transfer easier with the majority of United States institutions being on the semester system and you only have to buy books twice a year," he said. "1 want students opinions. You can tell me yes or no and why. I do listen to what students say," Hall said.
