Show October 3, 1986 DIXIE SUN Page Les Brown in Concert Oct. 10th Take a sentimental journey this Friday evening with Les Brown and the Band of Renoun as they appear in the Dixie College Gymnasium, October 10th at 8:00. This initial concert of the season is a dance concert with the band playing for four hours of listening and dancing. There will be ample space for both dancers and those who just want to listen will be provided at tables or in lower and upper bleachers. Dress for this outstanding l, evenings entertainment is or for fun wear that of the 40s and 50s. Les brings a full seventeen piece big band to town featuring both a male and female vocalists. Along with the men, the women will be performing pyramids and other new things, which Pat Roper and Syd Schaerrer observed at this years cheerleading camn at the University of Utah.
