A loud yell from a single student, while the team is winning, doesnt always mean a booster, but a cheer wherein the tiniest voice blends with the loudest into one mighty thunder of applause will often give the margin between defeat and victory. Do you want it to uphold the standard of the school? Students, it is within your power to make it what you want it. The success of a paper depends, primarily, on the support of the Student-bod- y to which it belongs, and secondarily, on the work of the Staff. What is our school paper going to be? Give us your answer, not in words, but by your loyal support and by your contributions. Help us to make the Dixie Owl as wise as any owl. Help us to make it hoot in such a manner that it will hold high the standard of our school.
