Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, September 22, 1916. Notice is hereby given that Ralph Horsley, whose post office address is Mounds, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate ap-propriate two and one-half (2) cubic-feet of water per second from Mar-cine Mar-cine Wash, Emery County, Utah. Said water will be diverted at a point which lies 660 feet west and 495 feet south of the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of Section 10, Township Town-ship 16 south, Range 11 east, and con veyed by means of a ditch for a dist- ance of 2640 feet and there used from April 1 to September 30, inclusive, of i each year, to irrigate 160 acres of land embraced in the west half of Section 14, township and range afore- said. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. ( 6839. , All protests against the granting of , said application, staling the reasons . therefore, must be made by affidavit 1 in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ' $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
