Orangeville ward Foundation cells and Structural cells, 1199; average enrollment, en-rollment, 24; average number of cells filled, 50. Castle- Dale ward Foundation cells filled, 169; Structural cells, 439; average aver-age enrollment; 47; average number of cells filled, 13. (Cas.tledale ward was only reported two months.) Cleveland ward Foundation cells, 189; Structural cells, .-100 li' average enrolled, 32; average number of cells filled, 37.
