Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, October 19, 1916. Notice is hereby given that Christian Chris-tian Nelson and Joseph Hanson, whose post office address is Ferron, Utah, have made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 190", as amended by the Session laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate appro-priate six hundred ten (610) acre-feet acre-feet of water from Muddy Creek, Sanpete County, Utah. Said water will be stored from January 1 to December De-cember 31 inclusive, of each year, in the Julius Flat Reservoir, embraced approximately in the southeast quarter quar-ter of Section 22 and the northeast quarter of Section 27. Township 20 south. Range 4 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. The center of the impounding dam will bear north 20 degrees 15 minutes ea-st 11,790 feet from the southeast corner of Section 33, township and range aforesaid, at which point the water will be released and allowed to flow down the natural channel of the stream, to a point which bears south 88 degrees 20 minutes west 3534 feet from the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 21 south, Range 6 east, where it will be diverted and conveyed by means of a canal for a distance of 61,100 feet and there used from April 1 to Octo ber 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 4080 acres of land embraced in Sections 3. 4, 6, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 22, 29 and 31, Township 21 south, Range 7 east; Section 1, Township 22 south, Range 6 east, and Sections 5, 6. and 7, Township 2 2 south, Range 7 east. This application is designated desig-nated in the State Engineer's office as No. 6744. All protests against the granting ot said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
