Shipping Board to enroll young men of Emery county for service ser-vice in the Merchant Marine, recently received and executed his ' official oath of office. He will use his store as a recruiting station , and will "sign on" husky young Americans between be-tween 21 and 30 for training on a squadron of school ships maintained by the Shipping Board.
