The State of Utah to the Said Defend-a Defend-a n ts : You are hereby summoned to appear ap-pear within Twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought; otherwise, within Thirty days after service, and ;de-fenil ;de-fenil the above entitled action; and in ease of jour failure so to do, judgment judg-ment will be rendered against you according ac-cording to the demand of the amended amend-ed complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court. Said action is brought to foreclose a mortgage for $2"0.00 given by Francis Fran-cis M. Reynolds and Diantha M. Reynolds Rey-nolds to A. Yicle and assigned to plaintiff, recorded October 1st, 190ti, in Hook of Mortgages page CDS of the records of Emery County, Utah, I covering kind and water stock in said counts', as more particularly described in plaintiff's amended complaint, and alleged to be the first lien thereon. Also, take notice that defendant Harold II. Kilbourn has filed an answer an-swer setting up as a second lien upon the same property a mortgage given by Francis M. Reynolds ami Diantha M. Reynolds to A. Yiele, assigned to j Harold 11. Kilbourn, recorded In Hook Miscellaneous, page 73, records of said county, alleging a balance of $20.00 and interest still owing thereon. there-on. F.
