Dr. Frank Salinieno, who has served on the associations board for the past six years, was named president at the associations annual convention in St. George. The optometrist, who also served as chairman of the Utah associations legislative committee, was editor of the associations journal. Other new officers are: Dr. Gary Slaugh, president-elec- t, Ogden; Bruce Brewer, secretary-treasureSalt Lake City; Drs. Hal Marsell, Layton, Mike Magliocco Price, and Spencer Mortensen, Salt Lake City, trustees.
