Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS - . State Engineer's Office. Salt Lake City, Utah, April 5, 1917. Notice is hereby given that A. J. Nielson and C. S. Burton, whose post office addresses are Draper and Salt Lake City, respectively, have made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, aand 1915, to appropriate thirty (30) cubic-feet of water per second from Huntington Creek, Emery County, Utah.' Said water will be diverted at a point which lies 660 feet north and 99 feet east of the southwest corner of Section 21, Township 18 south, Range 9 east, Salt Lake base and meridian, and conveyed convey-ed by means of ditch for a distance of six miles, and there used from April 1 to October 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 2'iOO acres of land embraced in Sections 27, 28, 32, 33, and 3-1, Township 18 south. Range S east, and Sections 4, 5, 8, and 9, Township Town-ship 19 south. Range 9 east, Salt Lake base and meridian. This application is designated in the State Engineer's offce as No. 7089. All protests against the granting of said application, slating the reasons therefore, must be made by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50. and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
