Show ARRAIGNS ADMINISTRATION. Declares Responsibility for Mexico Condition Rests With President. Lynn, Mass. The administration at Washington was severely criticized by Senator Henry Cabot Lodge in an address in which he announced himself him-self a candidate for re-election. He spoke before the Lynn Republican club. "In my opinion," he said, "with the exception of the administration of Buchanan, Bu-chanan, there has been no administration administra-tion in power which has been so injurious in-jurious to the United States, both at home and abroad, as that now in control con-trol at Washington. "The responsibility for the conditions condi-tions in Mexico rests largely on the government of the United States. The present administration found Mexico and Mexican relations in bad condition. condi-tion. They have made these bad conditions con-ditions infinitely worse," he declared. |
