D. 191A between the hours of 10 o'clock a. m. and 2 o'clock p. m.. hear the teport and recom-apendafiin recom-apendafiin oi the County Superintendent of District Dis-trict Schcols of said Emery County. as tosub-divid-ing of the Castle Valley High School district into three High School Districts, which report and recommendations re-commendations appear below and is made a part of this notice. Any registered voter who is a tax-payer within aid Emery county, may on or before said day and date, file written objections to said recommendations recommenda-tions of said county superintendent, stating therein there-in his reasons for such obj actions. Castle Dale, Utah. Feb. 5. 1912 To Hon. Board of Counts Commissioners of Emery County, Utah. Gentlemen, I. Nephi L. Williams, the duly appointed, qualified, quali-fied, sworn and acting Co. Superintendent of District Dist-rict Schools within and for Emery County, in the State of Utah, in conformity with the requirements require-ments of an Act of the Legislature of the State of Utah, entitled "AnAct Creating HighSchool District Dist-rict and providing the manner of Subdividing the Same, etc." approved March 9th. 1911, do hereby respectfully report, that, in my opinion, the Castle Cast-le Valley High School District of Emery County should be subdivided into three (3) High School Districts and I therefore recommend the following plan of subdividing said CastleValley High School District for said purpose: 1st. That Huntington School District No. S, DesertLakeSchool District No. 3,Mohrland School District No. 14. Lawrence School District No. 6. Cleveland School District No. 4. and Elmo School District No. 13.8hall constitute a high School District and be known as the Huntington HighSchool District of Emery County, State of Utah, and all the lands within the present pres-ent boundaries of the above mentioned school districts, dist-ricts, no more nor no less, shall be within aaid Huntington High School District, Descrip-ion of Huntington High School District Beginning at the s.w. corner of Section34. township town-ship 15. range 6 e., S, L. That the Castle Dale School District No. 7. the Orangeville School District No. 8. and the Woodside School District No. 2 shall constitute a high school district and be known as the Centra) High School District of Emery County, in the State of Utah.an all the lands within the present boundaries of the Castle Dale School District No.7 the Orangeville School District No. 8. and the Woodside School District No. 2. no more nor nc less, shall be within said Central High School District of Emery County. Molen School District No. 10, Emery School District No. 11, and Clawson School District No. 12 shall constitute con-stitute a High School District and be known as the Ferron High School District of Emery County. State of Utah, and all the lands within the present boundaries of the Ferron School District No. 9, the Molen School Disfrict No. 10. the Emery School District No. 11. and the Clawson School DiBtrict No. li, shall be within the Ferrron High School District of Emery County. I suggest that you set Monday April 1st. 1912, between the hours of 10 o'clock a. m. and 2 o'clock p. m. for hearing aaid report and recommenda tions at your office in the Court House in Castle Dale. Utah, and that you give public notice of such hearing by publication at least twenty (20) days before said hearing in a newspaper published publish-ed in said Emery County, so that any registered voter, who is a taxpayer with in said County, may. on or before the the day set for said hearing hear-ing of above named recommendations, file written objections to said recommendations, stating therein his reasons for such objections.
