Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. State En;inekr's Office, Salt Lake City. Utah. August IS. 1910. NOTICE is hereby given that George A. Snow, whose pOsUflice address is Salt Lake City, Utah, bus made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907. as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909. to appropriate ten thousand OO.tKXi) acre feet of water from Jordan Creek. Slater's Canyon Creek, Rolfson's Canyon Creek, Scad Valley Val-ley Creek and Lake Canyon Creek, Emery and Sanpete counties, Utah. The water will be stored whenever available during the period from January Janu-ary 1 to Deeeml)er III, inclusive, of each year, in a , reservoir embraced in Sections 3, 4, 9 and 10, Township Town-ship 5 south. Range 6 east, Salt Lake base nnd meridian, and released during the period from April 1 to September 30, inclusive, of each year, J at a point which bears north TA degrees 30 minutes ; west 1,430 feet from the south quarter corner of j Section 3.
