Show EMERY Under the auspices of the Relief Society, Thanksgiving Day will be observed ob-served in the following manner, the proceeds to be sent to our missionaries, Elders B. J. Peacock, Jr., and Carl L. Albertson. Q Edwards family left for Idaho last week where they expect to remain indefinitely, 'although they have not sold their property here, and expect to return to their home at some future time. On Wednesday, Nov.27, an elaborate dinner was served to the majority of the town people at the home of Rasmus Johnson in honor of the marriage of their daughter Hazel and Einer Burr. Both (are highly respected and popular young people and have the good wishes of the whole community.The marriage ceremony was performed in the Manti temple. Mr.John H. Redd has moved his family from Price to Emery. They expect to make their home there indefinitely. inde-finitely. Mr. Peter Christensen has returned from a business trip to Sanpete county. Joseph JJ. Christensen and wife are visiting in Sanpete county. |
