Mix flour, salt and thyme in three-quaAdd lamb; stir to coat. Blend in water, vinegar and garlic. Cover. Microwave at medium setting for 20 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave 25 to 35 minutes, or until lamb is fork tender and vegetables are cooked, stirring after half the cooking time. Let stand, covered, 10 minutes. Serve over steamed rice. Serves four to six. For conventional method of preparation: Combine flour, seasoned salt and thyme. Dredge lamb cubes in this mixture. Leary) 1 stick ( cup) margarine 1 cup water Vt cup cocoa (4 cup liquid shortening 2 cups flour 2 cups sugar Vs teaspoon salt W cup buttermilk 2 eggs 1 teaspoon soda teaspoon vanilla Icing Combine margarine, water, cocoa and liquid shortening in saucepan; bring to a boil. Mix flour, sugar and salt in bowL Pour margarine mixture over flour-sugmixture. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla to mixture Beat well. Pour into greased and lightly floured 11 x 16 x pan. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven and top with Icing while cake is 1 hot.
