The money represents the largest sum ever made to the U.S. Olympic Committee by a private corporation. Burger King officials said in announcing the donation. A company spokeswoman said the $2 million will be used to bankroll facilities, food and trainers at Olympic training centers at Squaw Valley, Calif., and Colorado Springs, Colo. "The United States is the only country in the world that does not fund training centers for Olympic hopefuls, said Col. F. Donald Miller, executive director of the U.S. Olympic committee.
