The gunman apparently became agitated and sprayed the emergency ream with bullets from a pistol and sawed-of- f shotgun. The shot which killed him was the only bnllet fired by police. The Utah State medical examiners office said Tuesday a preliminary autopsy showed Mr. Cotterman died from a single gunshot wound in the neck and chest. The medical examiner said his office is awaiting the results of a toxicology report before issuing an official statement.
