Not Just at the passing stream of cars or throngs of pedestrians but getting your eyes above eye level looking up and about The other day Earl Conrad a Salt Lake Tribune staff photographer did just that only in addition to looking with his eyes he took his camera along to record what his eyes saw And what did they see?
