Show Dr. T. C. Hill of Huntington was in the Dale on business last Monday. j Bert Bunnell made a flying visit with his folks here the first of the week. j Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Reid of Orange- i ville were in the Dale yesterday, shopping. shop-ping. Mr. and Mrs. Howe of Piute ceunty are visiting with Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Pearson Miss Irene Killpack of Ferron was a visitor in the Dale Wednesday and Thursday. Miss Cyrstal Behunin left yesterday for a short visit with her sister at Huntington. Every day will be a Bargain day the next week. Mrs. David Wood of Huntington returned re-turned home last Thursday after a short visit with the hotel people. Mr. A. G. Anderson came in yesterday yester-day from California with three carloads of bees. Mr. Anderson expects to locate lo-cate here with his bees during the summer sum-mer months, Beaver Press. John Peterson, who wintered at Manilla, Ma-nilla, Utah, returned to us this week to make arrangements preparatory to visiting vis-iting other children in Marysvale. Word reached relatives and friends here Friday morning of the passing a-way a-way of Mrs. Doiph Johnson of Emery, She has been critically ill for some time. A large number of the young friends of Master Royal Christensen gathered on the lawn at that young man's home, to help him celebrate his birthday last Wednesday. Joseph Bean of Price passed through town last Thursday enroute for Ferron where he has been engaged to paint the fine new modern barn of Mr. Petty of that place. Willard Miller was brought in from the herd near Scofield, Thursday, and has since been confined to his bed. It is not known denniteiy wnac is ine matter with him. Miss Je?sie Blackburn of Ferron, accompanied ac-companied by her sister, Miss Laura, passed through the Dale last Tuesdya. They will join their parents who are located temporarily at Price. Go to the Huntington Co-op for your shoes, rubbers, boots, fruit jars, caps, and rubbers, also mens and boys suits, dress goods and laces, embroidery and all kinds of dry goods must go at some price. Supt. Nephi L. Williams and A. E. Wall made a short trip to Mohrland the first of the week. Mr. Williams went there on business connected with his official duties. Mohrland is looking fine they say. J. D. Killpack of Molen was in the Dale last Saturday, and his son, Montrose, Mont-rose, did likewise the following Monday. We understand the latter has been called cal-led to take a mission to the Islands the first of August. . |
