Show I ' EMERY ! Two wedding dances vere given last week, one on Wednesday evening by Mr and Mrs. Jos. Nejlson Jr. and one on Friday evening by Mr. and Mrs. .. Willard Peacock, Jr. Cards are out announcing the marriages mar-riages of Mr. G. T. Olsen of Emery and Miss Lizzie B.. Seegmiller of Richfield. Rich-field. A Pettey entertained ' a number of their friends in a most delightful manner last Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Marinus Simonsen en-! en-! tertained friends at their home on Mon-j Mon-j day evening. Mrs. Ella Larsen his returned to . Gunnison after a month's visit here. Mrs. Delia Edwards and children of Gunnison are visiting relatives and friends in their old home town. Two baby boys have not yet been reported to the public,, one at the home of John Jorgensen the other at the home of Bert Maxfield. Mr. Leonard Broderick has gone to Ogden, where hehas accepted a position working on a ranch. His wife expects to join him in the near future. Alma Jorgensen has also gone to the same place. Mr. and Mrs. Clement Johnson have returned to Sevier County where they expect to remain the coming season. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Roberts have gone to Gunnison where they will makp their future home. Mrs. Stena Williams of Emery is very dangerously ill at the home of her daughter. Mrs. John Edwards at Salt Lake City. Little hope of her recovery is given by physicians. Mrs. Alma Williams has been confined to her bed for a couple of weeks. The first leap year ball will be given next Friday evening by the Mutuala. |
