Chari y Ann Black was born on Friday, December 15, 2000 and checked in at 7 lbs. 5 ozs. Proud parents are Alan and Jennifer Black of Fredonia. Capt. Wagner serving in Japan Air Force Capt. James D. Wagner has arrived for duty at Yokota Air Base, Tokyo, Japan. Wagner, a logistics flight commander, is assigned to the 630th Air Mobility Support Squadron. He is the son of James B. and Ester B. Wagner of Kanab. The captain received his bachelors degree in 1987 from Bob Jones University, Greenville, S.C., and earned a masters degree in 1994 from the Air Force Institute of TechAir nology, Wright-Patterso- n Force Base, Dayton, Ohio.
