From Monday, November November 29, law enforcement across the nation will be promoting child passenger safety through aggressive enforcement of child restraint and seatbelt laws, as well as public information and education programs. In May of this year, more than 4,000 law enforcement agencies in all 50 states and the District oFOumliTa unlted in a week-lonhigh visibility enforcement drive to buckle up children. According to surveys conducted by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration p y, (NHTSA) before and after the program, six million more drivers and passengers were wearing their seatbelts after the ' mobilization. With your help, hundreds of lives will be saved. There are turkeys quite awkward, and turkeys quite clever. There are turkeys quite dumb, who stay out in the weather. There are turkeys obnoxious, and turkeys real charming. There are turkeys who gobble, first thing in the morning. There are Republican turkeys and Democrats too. And they keep the other turkeys In a continual stew. There are turkeys quite nice, and some sort of mean. Fve seen all colors of turkeys, some brown, red, and green. But the turkey most awful The terror of all Is the turkey who hits The Thanksgiving type on the head with a mall. , - ION CHRISTMAS on December 5, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Frontier Movie Town will be hosting a Library Bake Sale. They are asking for donations in baked goodies. Please be generous and take your baked items to Frontier Movie Town prior to 10:00 a.m. on the 5th. All proceeds from the Home Tour and the Bake Sale will go toward the purchase of new furniture for your new Kanab City Library.
