NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS The Kane County Water Conservancy District (KCWCD) acting as the regional administrator in behalf of the Kane County Commission, invite hydro geologicengineering firms to submit statements of qualifications to perform regional studies to assist small public water systems in the county to comply with the Utah Drinking Water Rules. In particular, the work includes: 1 . Preparation of a hydro geologic study to delineate protection zones and preparation of an inventoryand management plan of potential contamination sources for 1 0 wells and 4 springs in various areas throughout Kane County (Identified in the Scope of Work as Schedule A). 2. Preparation of a facility plan including a 5 year financial analysis for 24 small water systems (Identified in the Scope of Work as Schedule B). It is the intention of the KCWCD to award the schedules separately, but they reserve the right to award them together if considered in the best interest of the County. A copy of the scqpe of work can be obtained from the County Clerks Office, at 76 North Main St. Kanab, Utah or by writing Michael Noel, Regional Administrator for Kane County, at P.O.
