Guests attending were Mike Mellor, Bob Lathim, Willie Lee, Robban Whipps, Cheryl Johnson, Russ Van Dine, Rick Crawford, Mark Whipps and Les Stroker. M ike Mellor-Too- k out 11 cases which included criminal disorderly, phone harassment criminal trespass at elementary school, private priority accident, disorderly, warrant arrest, reckless driving, unlawful consumption, private property accident and theft. DARE graduation is scheduled for Thursday and Bobbie Rogers will be the speaker. Personnel policies and a resolution to apply for a police department grant will be on March 24 after the meeting with Hale at 5:30 p.m. All the employees are to be invited to discuss the dam-agethef- policies. Bob Lathim- - The Boy Scouts will help pick up trash from the corrals to the landfill next weekend. A dead end sign is needed on the road to Don Sarrels. Grass is being planted around the back of the pool. The crew is working on the water. Bob was asked to Introducing the start rebuilding the corrals. Joy Jordan moved to accept the minutes seconded by Bobbie Rogers. Agenda was accepted as written on a motion by Robin Button, seconded by Greg Honey. NEW GOLD CD Agenda Item - Cheryl Johnson requested funds for the Easter Egg Hunt. The hunt will be for children ages 1 on March 29 at 10 am. Joy Jordan moved to donate $100 for the Easter Egg Hunt, seconded by Robin Button, with all in favor. Cheryl Johnson will also be in charge of the July 4th activities. Item 2- - Discussion on the Fire House plans. The bays need to be increased 15 feet. Funding is limited. Alternatives will be discussed at the special meeting on April 2 at 4 pm. Item 3- - TCI pole agreement was discussed. This agreement is ready but there is a question on the retroactive payments. TCI would like to pay from 1990 instead of 1987. Greg Honey made a motion to ask for retroactive payment from 1998, seconded by Bobbie Rogers, with all in favor. Item bylaws were discussed.
