The defendant is presumed innocent, until and unless proven guilty. Names will be withheld in some cases due to the sensitive nature of the crimes, or if the defendant is a juvenile. Th e Kanab City police handled six cases, attended fifty three incidents, issued twelve warnings, and served three citations during this period.
